This application solves the equations and inequalities of the second degree by the graphical method and the numerical method.

Through the analysis of the sign of the coefficient of the variable of the second degree, and the delta, the roots are determined and, in the case of inequality, the range of solutions.

For example (see in the figures), for the inequation:

x ^ 2 + 3x + 2 equal to or greater than 0

having

coefficient of x ^ 2 greater than 0
and
delta greater than 0

the solution is determined constituted by the two intervals:

x = or less than -2
and
x = to or greater than -1

It will then assist you in correcting your exercises.

The application solves in an immediate way all of the following combinations:

ax ^ 2 + bx + c = or greater than 0

ax ^ 2 + bx + c is greater than 0

ax ^ 2 + bx + c = 0
 
ax ^ 2 + bx + c is less than 0

ax ^ 2 + bx + c = 0 or less

If you select the option (=) its equation is solved.
